2jz Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules, rights and responsibilities governing use of the 2jz platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 2jz platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Continued use of the 2jz platform after any updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
The 2jz platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this service is lawful in your location.
Account Creation and Security
Registration and Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 2jz platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. 2jz will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity Verification
The 2jz platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as a security or compliance measure. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the 2jz platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots or any technical method to access or manipulate the platform;
- Impersonating another user or representing an unauthorised party;
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity;
- Disrupting the platform's technical operations or attempting to gain unauthorised access to internal systems;
- Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another party in any form whatsoever.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of the existing balance and, where necessary, legal action. 2jz reserves the right to assess each case individually and make a final decision regarding the account's status.
Payment and Transaction Information
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the 2jz platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay and interbank transfers between local Malaysian banks. Available payment methods may change from time to time in line with operational requirements.
Deposit
Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly for most payment methods. 2jz is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in your account settings.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. 2jz reserves the right to reject or hold withdrawal requests suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or that do not meet identity verification requirements. All approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 2jz platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from technical errors, or protection against data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 2jz's total liability to any user is limited to the value of the active balance in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, graphics and software on the 2jz platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 2jz or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 2jz platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. 2jz is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Changes to Terms, Account Policy and Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
2jz reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Suspension and Closure
2jz reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or activity that is harmful to other users or the platform. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any existing balance unless determined otherwise following an investigation.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of the 2jz platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
